Anestezie a pooperační péče u transplantací ledvin

Transplantace ledviny je jedinou kauzální a dnes již standardní léčbou pokročilé a ireverzibilní fáze selhání ledvin. Jejím cílem je zlepšit kvalituživota nemocného a stabilizovat komplikace spojené s chronickou renální insuficiencí a dialyzační léčbou. Práce popisuje patofyziologické změnyspojené s chronickým selháním ledvin, historické souvislosti, indikace transplantace ledvin, perioperační anesteziologickou péči o nemocné s renálnímselháním, volbu anesteziologické techniky a bezprostřední pooperační péči u tohoto operačního výkonu.

Overview

Renal transplantation is the only causal and already standard therapy in patients with severe and irreversible chronic renal failure. The aim of renaltransplantation is to improve the quality of life and stabilize the complications associated with chronic renal failure and dialysis. The authors describepathophysiology of chronic renal failure, historical context, indications for renal transplantation, perioperative care of patients with renal failure,choice of anaesthesia and postanaesthesia care in these patients.
