Produkce transfuzní služby ČR 1990 – 1999
Práce popisuje vývoj produkce transfuzní služby v České republice v průběhu desetiletí 1990 – 1999,vychází přitom z rozboru dat pravidelného ročního statistického hlášení. Velká pozornost je věnovánapředevším trendům vývoje a jejich interpretaci. Charakterizaci stavu v r. 1990 a v r. 1999 jsou věnoványsamostatné kapitoly. Postupné změny jsou zachyceny v řadě tabulek a grafů, ze kterýc h jednoznačněvyplývá zlepšení prakticky všech parametrů transfuzní služby v ČR v průběhu uplynulé dekády. Změnyv dárcovské populaci jsou kladeny do souvislosti s trendy v záchytu známek infekčních chorob význam-ných pro bezpečnost příjemce krevní transfuze.

An account on the development of the Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) in the Czech Republic during1990 – 1999 based on interpretation of statistical data is presented. Great attention is given to trendsand their interpretation. Characteristics of the BTS in 1990 and 1999 respectively are presented inseparate chapters. Unambiguous progress in practically all parameters during the last decade isdocumented in many Graphs and Tables. Changes in the donor population are interpreted in connectionwith positive trends of detection of infections important for recipients.
