Hematologické analyzátory high-end kategorie

Článek popisuje zkušenosti s hematologickými analyzátory high-end kategorie, tj. vysoký výkon,pětipopulační diferenciál, automatické stanovování retikulocytů. Testovány byly přístroje Abbott CD4000, Advia 120, Coulter Counter Gen’s a Sysmex SE 9500. Testování se soustředilo na problémovéoblasti – stanovení počtu leukocytů, odlišení leukocytů od normoblastů, falešně pozitivní a falešněnegativní diferenciální rozpočet. Všechny uvedené přístroje dosahovaly konstantně dobrých výsledků,překvapivě nejproblematičtější oblastí bylo stanovení počtu leukocytů.

Overview

The article describes the experience with haematological analyzers in the high-end category – highoutput, five-population differential count, reticulocyte analysis. The analyzers Abbott CD 4000, Advia120, Coulter Counter Gen’s and Sysmex SE 9500 were tested. The testing was concentrated on problemareas – white cell counts, discrimination between leukocytes and normoblasts, false positive andnegative differential counts. All analyzers gave constantly good results, surprisingly the most problematic area was the evaluation of the leukocyte counts.
