Příspěvek uvádí přehled finančně nákladných položek hrazených v pražských lůžkových zařízeních v roce 2000mimo paušální platby a sumarizuje proplacené částky. Má též vést k zamyšlení nad způsobem úhrad v nemocni-cíchv roce 2002.
