Muscle Dysbalance of Cervical Muscles
SVALOVÁ DYSBALANCE KRČNÍHO REGIONU
Příspěvek řeší problematiku chronických cervikalgií, popisuje možnost diagnostiky pomocí tvz. sternoscapulární line a svalové dysbalance. Je zohledněn vliv povrchových i hlubokých svalových skupin a jejich součinnost. Příspěvek je zaměřen na diagnostiku, ale stručně je poukázáno i na terapeutická východiska s důležitostí vlivu řídící složky a úpravy stereotypu dýchání.

Overview
The article deals with the problems of chronical cervical pain and describes possibilities of diagnostics through so-called sternoscapular line and muscle dysbalance. The role of superficial and deep muscle groups and their cooperation is also discussed..The article is targeted to diagnostics of cervical dysbalances but pays also attention to therapeutic background together with importance of control CNS influence and correction of breathing stereotype.
