MAGNETICKÁ REZONANCE JAKO MODALITA ČASNÉ DIAGNOSTIKY REVMATOIDNÍ ARTRITIDY

Autoři vyšetřili 25 pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou modalitou MR, u kterých bylo negativní nativní rtg vyšetření. Při hodnocení použili Rheumatoid arthritis MRI scoring systém (RAMRIS). Ve své studii se snažili optimalizovat vyšetřovací protokol MR pro klinickou praxi.

Overview

The authors examined 25 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in whom plain x-rays gave negative results. They used a modified MR: the rheumatoid arthritis MRI scoring system (RAMRIS). In this study they optimises the MR protocol for clinical practice.
