Clinical Significance of Trigger Point in Acromial Part of Deltoid Muscle
KLINICKÝ VÝZNAM TRIGGER POINTU V AKROMIÁLNÍ PORCI DELTOVÉHO SVALU
V práci autor poukazuje na význam trigger pointu v akromiální porci deltového svalu pro kliniku a terapii funkčních poruch ramenního kloubu. V klinickém obraze se u velké většiny dysfunkcí ramenního kloubu nachází ventrokraniální dislokace hlavice humeru v glenohumerálním kloubu. Pro vznik tohoto decentrovaného postavení a rozvoj následné dysfunkce v ramenním kloubu i celém ramenním pletenci má velký význam deltový sval a zvláště pak přítomnost trigger pointu v jeho akromiální porci. Odstranění tohoto trigger pointu se jeví jako klíčové pro následnou úspěšnou kinezioterapii.

Overview
The author draws attention to the importance of acromial part of deltoid muscle for the clinic and therapy of functional disorders of shoulder joint. The clinical picture of most dysfunctions of shoulder joint includes ventrocranial dislocation of humeral head in glenohumeral joint. Deltoid muscle and especially the present trigger point in its acromial portion play a very significant role in the formation of this decentered position and development of subsequent dysfunction in shoulder joint and the whole shoulder articulation. A removal of this trigger point plays a pivotal role in successful subsequent kinesiotherapy.
