PŘÍPAD SELEKTIVNÍ PARÉZY HLUBOKÉHOSTABILIZAČNÍHO SYSTÉMU JAKO NÁSLEDEKBORELIÓZY

Australští fyzioterapeuti zjistili, že při zvedání paže hluboké stabilizační (posturální) svaly se aktivujídříve nežli m. deltoideus. Podle našich zkušeností spoušťové svalové body (TrPs) pánevního dnaa bránice působí TrP ve velkém počtu povrchových dynamických svalů.V této práci je popsán případ paretických zádových svalů a transverzu abdominis, kdy pacientkanemohla zvedat paže ve volném stoji, avšak zvedala je zcela snadno vsedě, nebo když měla pánevfixovanou korzetem.

Australian physiotherapists have shown that when lifting the arm, the deep postural muscles,especially the transversus abdominis show EMG activity prior to the deltoid. In our experience triggerpoints (TrPs) in the pelvic floor and the diaphragmcausing dysfunction of the deep stabilising musclescause widespread TrPs in the superficial dynamic muscles.In this paper a case is presented in which paresis of the back muscles and the transversus abdominisprevented the patient lifting her arms when standing freely. She was, however, able to lift her armsnormally when seated or when standing with a corset supporting her pelvis.
