Rachitic Diastasis of the Abdominal Muscles in theEtiopathogenesis of Lumbar Vertebropathies
RACHITICKÁ DIASTÁZA BŘIŠNÍCH SVALŮV ETIOPATOGENEZI LUMBÁLNÍCHVERTEBROPATIÍ
V ordinaci Fyziatrie a léčebné rehabilitace Městské nemocnice s poliklinikou v Českém Těšíne byloběhem jednoho roku (od března 2000 do února 2001) dispenzarizováno 28 dospělých a 7 dětís diastázou přímých svalů břišních. Nápadná byla u 97 % případů koincidence s rachitickou deformací hrudníku, tzn. s karencí vitaminu D v útlém dětství. V souboru dospělých dominovaly klinickéobrazy lumbosakralgie, ischialgie i neurogenní klaudikace, u dětí skoliózy, fraktury a m. Scheuermann.

In the surgery of physiatrics and therapeutic rehabilitation of the municipal hospital and policlinic inČeský Těšín within the course of one year (from March 2000 till February 2001) 28 adults and 7children with diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle were given dispensary care. A striking featurewas in 97 % of the patients a coincidence with rachitic deformity of the chest, i.e. with vitamin Ddeficiency in early childhood. In the group of adults dominated clinical pictures of lumbosacralgia,ischialgia and neurogenic claudications, in children, scoliosis, fractures and m. Scheuermann.
