Physiotherapeutic Group Therapy (Possibilities ofGroup Education in Therapeutic Rehabilitation)
SKUPINOVÁ FYZIOTERAPIE(MOŽNOSTI VYUŽITÍ SKUPINOVÉ EDUKACEV LÉČEBNÉ REHABILITACI)
Článek se věnuje využití skupinové léčby především u pacientů s funkčními poruchami pohybovéhosystému. Jako optimální variantu skupinové terapie doporučuje edukační programy v kombinaci seskupinovou léčebnou tělesnou výchovou. Cílem těchto postupů je informovat pacienta o možnostechautoterapie, docílit jejich praktického osvojení a motivovat pacienta k jejich prov ádění. Uvedenýmipostupy jsou: pohybová, dechová a mentální cvičení, posturální korekce a životospráva.

The article is concerned with group therapy particular in patients with functional disorders of thelocomotor system. The author recommends as the optimal variant of group therapy educationalprogrammes combined with therapeutic educational treatment. The objective of these proceduresis to inform the patient on the possibilities of autotherapy, to achieve its aquisition in practice and tomotivate the patient for its adoption. The mentioned procedures are locomotor, respiratory andmental exercise, postural correction and lifestyle.
