INHIBIČNÍ A FACILITAČNÍ VLIV STIMULACESPOUŠŤOVÝCH ZÓN PŘI LÉČENÍ BLOKÁDHLAVOVÝCH KLOUBŮ
Účinnost stimulace různých spoušťových extraspinálních zón na blokády v segmentech C2-C3a C3-C4 není neměnnou vlastností. Maximální nenucená rotace hlavy a krční páteře napravo tutoúčinnost potlačuje, maximální nenucený nebo nucený úklon tuto účinnost nastoluje. Mimoto existujesložitý systém tlumivých a povzbuzujících vlivů stimulace různých zón na účinnost následnéstimulace jiných homo- i heterolaterálních zón. Toto předběžné sdělení má za úkol upozornit naexistenci těchto jevů.

The effect of mechanical stimulation of various extraspinal trigger zones in abolition of blockages atC2-C3 and C3-C4 segments is not a permanent property, but it can be suppressed by means ofmaximum unforced rotations of the head and neck to the right side, while maximum unforced orforced inclination to the right is capable to establish such efficacy in hitherto ineffective zones.Moreover, there exists a complicated system of facilitatory and inhibitory impulses generated byprevious stimulation of another zone, on the same or on the opposite side of the body. This preliminaryreport is intended to draw attention to the existence of these phenomena.
