Paliative Managment of Oesophageal Carcinomas – Our Experience
Paliativní ošetření karcinomu jícnu – naše zkušenosti
Autoři v této práci prezentují své zkušenosti s metodami paliativního ošetření karcinomu jícnu. Jsou popisována indikační kritéria a porovnávány výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých metod. Důraz je kladen na nejčastěji používanou metodu – zavedení jícnového stentu. V souboru pacientů po zavedení stentu jsou popisovány výsledky, komplikace a jejich řešení.

Overview
The authors of this presentation explain their experience with methods of paliative care of oesophagus carcinoma. The indication criteria are described and compared advantages and disadvantages of those methods. There is an accent in most frequent method – oesophagus stent implementation. The results in the group of patients after the stent implementation are described, also complications and other solutions.
