Akutní končetinová ischemie na podkladě trombózy aneuryzmatu popliteální tepny – kombinovaná trombolytická a chirurgická léčba

Autoři ve svém sdělení prezentují své zkušenosti s kombinovanou trombolyticko chirurgickou léčbou pacientů s akutní ischemií dolní končetiny na podkladě trombózy aneuryzmatu popliteální arterie, kterou zatím aplikovali u 3 pacientů. Porovnávají výsledky intraarteriální katétrové farmakologické trombolýzy infrapopliteálního řečiště s výsledky nepřímé chirurgické tromboembolektomie.

Overview

Authors present their experience with combined trombolytic-surgical treatment of acute ischaemia of low extremity based on trombosis of popliteal artery aneurysm. This treatment was performed in three patients. Authors compare results of intraarterialcatheter pharmacological trombolysis of infrapopliteal arteries with indirect surgical trombolysis.
