Technika získání sentinelových uzlin u tumorů v oblasti distálního jícnu a žaludku
Autoři článku diskutují techniku identifikace a získání sentinelových uzlin u tumorů v uvedené oblastí horní části GIT. Popisují úskalí a problémy této techniky. Odběr identifikované sentinelové uzliny je zajištěn zejména za pomoci endoskopických a miniinvazivních technik.

Overview
The authors discuss the technique of identification and biopsy of sentinel lymph nodes in tumors of the upper gastrointestinal tract. They describe difficulties and problems of the technique, in which the identified sentinel lymph node is obtained mainly employing endoscopical and minimally invasive techniques.
