Pseudohypacusis u detí

S ú h r n:
Pseudohypacusis je psychogénna porucha sluchu vedome simulovaná. U detí je zriedkavodiagnostikovaná, hoci podľa literárnych údajov sa vyskytuje v 1,7-2 % zo všetkých dia-gnostikovaných porúch sluchu. V práci sa uvádzajú metódy na jej odhalenie. V kazuistike nepozna-nej pseudohypakúzy sa uvádza, že chlapec bol vyšetrený štyrmi rôznymi otolaryngológmia umiestnený v škole pre sluchovo postihnuté deti, hoci nemal poruchu sluchu.

S u m m a r y:
Pseudohypacusis is a psychogenic hearing disorder simulated on purpose. It is rarelydiagnosed in children, also its incidence according to data in the literature is 1.7-2% of all diagnosedhearing disorders. The author describes methods for its detection. In the case-history of undiagnosedhypacusis the authors describe a boy who was examined by four different otolaryngologists andattended a school for deaf children, although his hearing was not impaired.
