Nervus laryngeus non-recurrensv chirurgii štítné žlázy

N. laryngeus non-recurrens je vzácnou anatomickou variantou, s níž se při chirurgiištítné žlázy setkáváme vpravo méně než v 1 %, vlevo pak jen naprosto raritně. Autoři popisujív kazuistickém sdělení vlastní zkušenosti s touto vývojovou anomálií a zabývají se jejími embryoge-netickými, anatomickými a klinickými aspekty. Poukazují dále na možnost předoperačního odhale-ní n. laryngeus non-recurrens pomocí dopplerovské ultrasonografie, zobrazující anomální průběha. subclavia dx.

The n.
laryngeus non-recurrens is a rare anatomical variant encountered in thyroidsurgery:
less frequently than in 1% on the right side and quite exceptionally on the left side. Theauthors describe in a case-record their own experience with this developmental abnormality anddiscuss its embryogenetic, anatomical and clinical aspects. They draw attention to the possiblepreoperative detection of the n. laryngeus non-recurrens by Doppler ultrasonography which visu-alizes an abnormal course of the right subclavian artery.
