Časné alergické reakce v etiologii profesionálníchdermatóz

Reakce časného typu probíhají pod klinickým obrazem lokalizované či generalizované kontaktní kopřivky, rinitidy, konjunktivitidy, astmatu či anafylaktické reakce. Časné alergické reakce byly v posledních 30 letech popsány po latexu, akrylátech, polyuretanech, epoxidových pryskyřicích, lécích, kovech, textilu, formaldehydu, některých potravinách.

Reactions of the early type develop under the clinical picture of local or generalized contact urticaria, rhinitis, conjunctivitis,asthma or anaphylactic reaction. During the last 30 years early allergic reactions were described after latex, acrylates, polyurethanes, epoxide resins, drugs, metals, textiles, formaldehyde, some foods.
