Sdělení charakterizuje reformu správního soudnictví, a to se zvláštním zaměřením na porovnání stavu soudního přezkumuv oblasti sociální ochrany v období před reformou a po ní. Zabývá se vztahem soudního přezkumu a činnosti lékařsképosudkové služby včetně role posudkového lékaře po provedené reformě správního soudnictví.
