SOUČASNÝ POHLED NA RINOSINUSITIDY
Současný intenzivní vědecký zájem o rinosinusitidy přinesl mnoho nových faktů, ale stále zůstává celá řadanevyřešených problémů. Chybí více informací o epidemiologii rýmy, je třeba zlepšit diagnostiku rým zařazenýchdo skupiny nealergických neinfekčních rým (skupina jiné rýmy v konsenzu), vypracovat přesnější terapeutickáschémata konzervativní terapie, hlavně u léčby antibiotiky, zpřesnit kritéria k chirurgické léčbě po neúspěchukonzervativní terapie, stanovit postupy při spolupráci rinologa s alergologem a bronchologem, získat víceinformací o vztahu horních a dolních cest dýchacích a o možných výhodách současné a včasné terapie nosua průdušek.

Contemporary intensive research of rhinosinusitis revealed many new facts, but many unresolved problems stillpersist. More information on the epidemiology of rhinitis is lacking, it is important to improve the diagnosis ofrhinitis included in the group of non-allergic non-infectious rhinitis(according to consensus group for other types of rhinitis), to elaborate a more accurate therapeutic pattern ofconservative treatment, in particular treatment with antibiotics, to assess the principles of collaboration of therhinologist with the allergologist and bronchologist, obtain more information on the relationship of upper andlower airways and on possible advantages of concurrent and early treatment of the nose and bronchi.
