NIEKTORÉ PROBLÉMY REZISTENCIE NA ANTIBIOTIKÁ
V práci uvádzame stručný prehľad vzniku a vývoja rezistencie na antibiotiká od počiatku ich používania v klinickejpraxi. Dôležitú úlohu v procese vzniku rezistencie na antibiotiká u pôvodne citlivých bakteriálnych kmeňov hráprenosná rezistencia, t.j. šírenie sa génov rezistencie mechanizmom transdukcie, konjugácie alebo transpozície.Nemenej závažná v poslednom čase je chromozomálne kódovaná rezistencia. Vplyvom veľkého selekčného tlakuantibiotík dochádza k hromadeniu mutácií génov kódujúcich rezistenciu, v dôsledku čoho sa určité bakteriálne druhy,či už produkciou veľkého množstva enzýmov alebo zníženým transportom antibiotika povrchovými štruktúramibunky, stávajú úplne rezistentné aj na najnovšie antibiotiká.

The authors present a short review of the origin and evolution of antibiotic resistance from the beginning ofantibiotic use. Transferable resistance, i.e. spread of resistance genes by mechanisms of the transduction, conjugationor transposition, plays an important role in the process of the development of resistance in susceptible bacterialstrains. Equally, chromosomally coded resistance is recently becoming relevant. Large selective pressure of theantibiotics lends mutations of genes coding antibiotic resistance. So, bacterial strains produce a large amount ofenzymes, which destroy antibiotic or lose the power for penetration of the antibiotics become completely resistantalso to new antibiotics.
