Moderní zobrazovací metody -pozitronová emisní tomografie(PET) a pozitronová emisnítomografie kombinovanás výpočetní tomografií (PET/CT)
Moderní zobrazovací metody procházejí mohutným rozvojemnejen ve vývoji nových technologií,ale i ve snaze vhodně kombinovat původně nezávislé a samostatné vyšetřovací modality.Účelemkombinace metod nukleární medicíny a radiodiagnostického zobrazování je poskytnout funkčníinformaci o metabolismu patologického procesu současně se zobrazením jeho struktury a správnouanatomickou lokalizací. Cílem našeho sdělení je podat stručnou informaci o nejmodernějšívyšetřovací modalitě nukleárně medicínského zobrazování - pozitronové emisní tomografii(PET) a o hybridním zobrazování kombinovanou metodou - pozitronová emisní tomografie/počítačovátomografie (PET/CT).

Modern imaging methods are undergoing intensive development not only in the developmentof new technologies, but also in efforts to combine formerly independent and separate diagnosticmethods.The objective of combining methods of nuclear medicine and radio-diagnostic depictionis to provide functional information on the metabolism of the pathological process and at thesame time to depict its structures and exact anatomical localization. The objective of ourcommunication is to present a brief information on the most modern diagnostic modality ofdepiction in nuclear medicine - positron emission tomography (PET) and on the hybrid depictionby a combined method, positron emission/computerized tomography (PET/CT).
