An unusual čase ofkidney injury - čase report
Neobvyklý případ poranění ledviny
Náhodně zjištěná aeymptomatická mikroskopická hematurie u pacientapři vstupní prohlídce do zaněstnání vedlake zjištění zaváného poraiění ledviny po předchozím traimatu. Zpočátku bylanutná léčbazahospitdizace, pdí byl předán do péče praktického léká"e. I přes neukázněnost pacientadochází k postupné regresi nálezu v oblasti poraiěné ledviny.
