Contemporary knowledge about ehrlichiosis
Současné poznatky o ehrlichióze
Podán je přehled o ehrlichiózách, jejich původcích, současných diagnostických možnostech,klinických projevech a epidemiologických charakteristikách. Ze čtyř známých lidských ehrlichiózlze na území ČR počítat s možností výskytu autochtonních infekcí druhem Anaplasmaphagocytophilum. Tuto diagnózu je třeba diferenciálně zvažovat u případů horečnatých onemocněníkorelujících anamnesticky s oblastmi a sezonou výskytu klíšťat.

Presented is a review of ehrlichioses, their causative agents, present diagnostic possibilities,clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics.Of four recognized human ehrlichiosesone can encounter on the territory of the Czech Republic autochthonous infections causedby the species Anaplasma phagocytophilum. This disease should be taken into account indifferential diagnosis of cases of febrile illness anamnestically corresponding with localities andseason of tick occurrence.
