Rare non-infectious causes of aseptic meningitis. Case reportand review of the literature
Vzácné neinfekční příčiny serózní meningitidyKazuistika a literární přehled
Článek upozorňuje na vzácné neinfekční příčiny serózní meningitidy, jako jsou např. Vogtův-Koyanagi-Haradův syndrom,Behçetův syndrom,neurosarkoidóza, Mollaretovameningitida a léková a chemickémeningitidy. Přehled je doplněn kazuistikou uveomeningitidy, která se velmi blíží obrazu Vogtova-Koyanagiho-Haradova syndromu. Subjektivní obtíže, horečka, likvorový nález a změny na očnímpozadí ustoupily na kortikoterapii. Pacient se uzdravil bez poškození zraku a po dvou letech zůstal bezrecidivy.

The article brings to the reader’s attention rare non-infectious causes of aseptic meningitis, e.g.,Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, Behçet syndrome, neurosarcoidosis, Mollaret meningitis and drugand chemical induced. The review is supplemented by a case report of uveomeningitis that closelyapproximates the presentation of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome. Subjective symptoms, fever, cerebrospinalfluid analysisand fundus examination disappearedafter corticotherapy.The patient recoveredwithout any vision deficit and remained without recurrence for two years.
