Psychofarmakoterapie,psychoterapie a jejich kombinace
Psychofarmakoterapie, psychoterapie či jejich kombinace dnes tvoří hlavní způsoby léčbynaprosté většiny duševních a behaviorálních poruch. Autor tyto jednotlivé způsoby rozebírá,zamýšlí se nad jejich možnými výhodami a nevýhodami a snaží se analyzovat příčiny, pročv běžné tuzemské psychiatrické praxi převažuje samostatná psychofarmakoterapie. Zvláštnípozornost pak věnuje problematice kombinované terapie, jejíž integrovanou formu ilustrujekazuistikou z vlastní klinické praxe. V tomto kontextu na závěr práce rozebírá téma postgraduálnípřípravy v psychiatrii se změřením na psychoterapeutický výcvik a přináší některénávrhy nových způsobů řešení.

Psychopharmacotherapy, psychotherapy and their combination are at present the main waysof treatment of the great majority of mental and behavioural disorders. The author analyzesthese individual approaches, reflects on their possible advantages and disadvantages and triesto analyze the reasons why in common local psychiatric practice psychopharmacotherapy alonepredominates. Special attention is then devoted to the problem of combined therapy, theintegrated form of which is illustrated by the author on a case-history from his own clinicalpractice. In this context he analyzes in the conclusion the problem of postgraduate training inpsychiatry focused on psychotherapeutic training and present some suggestion of new approaches.
