Orientační revmatologickévyšetření v ordinacipraktického lékaře

Autor podává návod orientačního revmatologického vyšetření pacienta v ordinaci praktickéholékaře. Pacienti s revmatickými chorobami jsou časnými návštěvníky ordinací praktickýchlékařů, proto je předkládán vyšetřovací postup s dostatečnou senzitivitou i specificitou, sestávajícíz anamnestických dotazů a návodu na postup při orientačním vyšetření.

The author submits instructions for a preliminary rheumatological examination of the patientin the surgery of the general practitioner. Patients with rheumatic diseases frequently attendthe surgery of general practitioners. Therefore the author presents an examination procedureof sufficient sensitivity and specificity comprising anamnestic data and instructions for theexamination.
