Neuropatická bolest - možnosti léčby současnými postupy

Neuropatická bolest je svou podstatou bolest benigního původu, ale svým průběhem a intenzitou bolesti může být pro jednotlivého nemocného až bolestí maligní. Velmi složitým problémem je léčba těchto bolestí, jelikož běžná analgetická terapie zde většinou není dostatečně účinná. Proto je nutné využívat při léčbě i jiných skupin léků, dalších analgetických metod, a to i těch nejmodernějších (neuromodulace), a využívat zásady komplexního, individuálního, a zejména multidisciplinárního přístupu při léčbě takto postižených nemocných.

Overview

Neuropathic pain is essentially of benign origin but due to its course and intensity it may be for the individual patient malignant pain. A very complicated problems is the treatment of this pain as common analgetic therapy is usually not sufficiently effective. Therefore it is necessary to use in treatment also other groups of drugs, other analgetic methods incl. the most modem ones (neuromodulation) and to make use of principles of comprehensive, individual and in a particular multidisciplinary approach during treatment of thus affected patients.
