Psychiatrická problematika dětských a dospívajících diabetiků

Autoři se zabývají problematikou psychiatrické komorbidity při onemocnění diabetem mellitus (DM) u dětí a adolescentů. DM je závažné somatické onemocnění, které negativně ovlivňuje i psychický vývoj. Bývá přítomna psychiatrická komorbidita, často je DM spojen s poruchami příjmu potravy, depresí, úzkostnou poruchou. Nezřídka je přítomno suicidální a automutilační chování. Problematika je ilustrována kazuistickými ukázkami.

Overview

The authors discuss the problem of psychiatrie comorbidity in child and adolescent diabetes. DM is a serious somatic disease which has also a negative impact on mental development. Frequently there is a psychiatrie comorbidity. DM is often associated with eating disorders, depressions, anxiety disorders. The problem is illustrated by tase-records.
