Etiopatogenetické a klinickéaspekty lumbalgií, indikace zobrazovacích metod a současné názory na možnosti léčbyII. část (I. část vyšla v Praktickém lékaři 81, 2001, č. 4, s. 182-187)

Akutní a chronické bolesti v bederní páteři byly přehledně zpracovány z hlediska příčin, patogeneze, klinických příznaků, diferenciální diagnózy a terapie. Popis nozologických jednotek vychází z klinické praxe a literárních údajů, uvedeny jsou jejich subjektivní i objektivní příznaky, indikace pomocných vyšetření, především zobrazovacích metod. Uvedené nozologické jednotky ilustrují charakteristické MR či CT obrazy.

Overview

Acute and chronic low back pain were described from the point of view of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, differential diagnosis and therapy. Description of individual entities is based on clinical as well as literary knowledge of the authors. Both subjective and objective sign and symptoms were reviewed in detail together with the rational indication for the use of imaging techniques. MRI and CT images illustrate the important entities mentioned in the article.
