Osteomalacie
Úvod článku je věnován stručnému shrnutí znalostí o osteomalacii:
její definice, příčiny,klinický obraz, laboratorní, rentgenové, scintigrafické nálezy a terapie. Dále je uvedena ka-zuistika pacientky s těžkou osteomalacií, která byla diagnostikována a léčena na revmatologic-kém oddělení Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice, obtížné a diskutabilní je určení příčinyosteomalacie u této pacientky.

In the introduction the authors summarize briefly knowledge on osteomalacia, its definition,causes, clinical picture, laboratory, X-ray, scintigraphic findings and treatment. They presentthe case-history of a patient with severe osteomalacia which was diagnosed and treated at therheumatological department of the Thomayer Faculty Hospital. The assessment of the causeof osteomalacia in this patient is difficult.
