Ve sdělení autorka analyzuje vývojové trendy výskytu pohlavních chorob po roce 1989 v ČR.Zvyšující se riziko získání pohlavních onemocnění v éře AIDS se snaží regulovat systém kontrolypohlavních nemocí - a zároveň i tbc - začleněný od 1. 1. 1997 do státního zdravotního dozoru,zajišťovaného úzkou spoluprací dermatovenerologů s orgány hygienické služby.

The author analyzes the developmental trends of venereal diseases after 1989 in the CzechRepublic. Attempts are made to regulate by a system of controls venereal diseases (and at thesametime TB) in view of the increasing risk of contraction of venereal diseases in the era ofAIDS. This system was incorporated since Jan. 1, 1997 into the state health supervision ensuredby close collaboration of dermatovenereologists and authorities of the hygiene service.
