Bodná poranění srdce

Ošetření pacientů s bodným poraněním srdce je výjimečné. Jednak pro malou frekvenci t ěchtoporanění, jednak pro závažnost klinického průběhu, vedoucího často k rychlému exitu. Jakorozhodující se jeví urgentní chirurgická revize, přes omezené možnosti určení přesné diagnózy.To ukazují i naše zkušenosti ve shodě s písemnictvím.

Overview

Treatment of patients with punctured cardiac injuries is exceptional. This is due to the lowfrequency of these injuries and the severe clinical course leading frequently to early death.Surgical revision is urgent despite the limited possibilities to establish an exact diagnosis. Thisis apparent also from the authors’ experience, consistent with data in the literature.
