Dráždivý tračník jako funkční onemocnění trávicího ústrojí je obecně považován za onemocněníchronické, spíše svými symptomy obtěžující než zdraví či život ohrožující. V této kazuistice autorprezentuje nezvykle vážnou komplikaci v průběhu tohoto onemocnění.

Inthe presented case-record the author presents an uncommon serious complications whichdeveloped in the course of the disease.
