Partnerky a partnerské vztahytranssexuálů Female-to-Male

Autoři se zabývají problematikou psychosexuálního a partnerského vývoje transsexuálů, zvláš-tě kategorie Female to Male. Podávají přehled výsledků výzkumů, které prokazují předevšímdobrou partnerskou, sexuální i sociální adaptaci těchto pacientů. Partnerství Female to Maletranssexuálů jsou srovnatelná s tradičními heterosexuálními partnerstvími, a to i navzdorynepříznivým anatomickým podmínkám. Jsou to většinou stálá, trvající partnerství, ve kterýchoba partneři dosahují sexuálního uspokojení. Ženští transsexuálové (F-M) se chovají téměřvýhradně „homosexuálně“ (s ohledem na jejich biologické pohlaví). Jejich partnerky jsouobvykle heterosexuálně orientované a své partnery plně akceptují v jejich mužské roli.

Overview

The authors discuss the problem of psychosexual and partnership development of transsexuals,in particular female-to-male transsexuals. They present results of investigations which provideevidence in particular of a favourable partner, sexual and social adaptation of these patients.Female-to-Male partnerships of transsexuals are comparable with traditional heterosexualpartnerships despite the adverse anatomical conditions. Usually these partnerships are steadyand lasting and both partners achieve sexual satisfaction. Female transsexuals (F-M) behavepractically always as „homosexuals“ (with regard to their biological sex). Their female partnershave usually a heterosexual orientation and accept their partners fully in their male role.
