Výskyt protilátek proti granulocytárním ehrlichiím u západočeské a středočeské populace
Celkem 963 osob ve čtyřech souborech z let 1998-2000 ze západních a středních Čech bylo vyšetřeno na přítomnost protilátek proti granulocytárním ehrlichiím. V nepřímé imunofluorescenční metodě byl použit specifický antigen z ehrlichií (HGE) kultivovaných in vitro a komerční anti-IgG a antiIgM FITC-konjugáty. A total of 963 subjects in four groups from western and central Bohemia were examined in 1998-2000 for the presence of antibodies against granulocytic ehrlichiae.
