Kavernózní hemangiom srdce jako náhodnýnález při pitvě

Při pitvě 72leté ženy byl jako náhodný nález zjištěn kavernózní hemangiom srdce průměru 10 mmlokalizovaný subepikardiálně v sulcus coronarius v blízkosti pravé věnčité tepny. Je diskutovánaproblematika benigních nádorů srdce obecně a hemangiomu srdce zvláště.

Overview

During autopsy of a 72-year-old woman a cavernous hemangioma of the heart was found. It was 10mm in diameter, situated subepicardially in the sulcus coronarius in neighbourhood of the rightcoronary artery. The problematics of hemangiomas in the context of benign heart tumors isdiscussed.
