Manifestation of Wilson's Disease by an Acute 1FIaemolytic Crisis
Manifestácia Wilsonovej choroby akútnou hemolytickou krízou
Autori predkladajú kazuistiku 17-ročného dievčaťa s Wilsonovou chorobou, ktorá sa manifestovala akútnou hemolytickou krízou. Vo svojom príspevku upozorňujú na možnost prve] manifestácie ochorenia závažnou hemolytickou krízou, ktorá v kombinácii s fuhninantným pečeňovým zlyhaním sa vo váčšine prípadov končí smrtefne. Doporučujú u pacientov s neobjasnenou hemolytickou anémiou a hepatopatiou potvrdit alebo vylúčif Wilsonovu chorobu.

The authors submit the tase-history of a 17-year-old girl with Wilson's disease manifested by an acute haemolytic crisis. They draw attention to the possible hrst manifestation of the disease by a serious haemolytic crisis which combined with fulminant hepatic failure is fatal in the majority of patients. They recommend in patients with obscure haemolytic anaemia and hepatopathy to confirm or rule out Wilson's disease.
