Contribution to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Tularaemia
Příspěvek k diagnostice a léčbě tularémie
Od září 1998 do července 1999 bylo na dětském oddělení Infekční kliniky FN v Hradci Králové hospitalizovánodeset pacientů s tularémií. Jeden nemocný se léčil ambulantně. Všichni postižení byli chlapci ve věku od 4 do 18let. U dvou pacientů se jednalo o formu ulceroglandulární, u jednoho o faryngeální s následným přechodem doglandulární formy - nitrohrudní lymfadenopatie, u dalšího o faryngeální s postupným přechodem do glandulárníformy - cervikální lymfadenopatie, u jednoho o nitrohrudní lymfadenopatii s pozdějším rozvojem tularemicképneumonie, dále jsme zaznamenali naopak v první fázi postižení plicního parenchymu s následným rozvojemnitrohrudní lymfadenopatie. V práci je podrobně rozebrána problematika diagnostiky a léčby tohoto nepříliščastého onemocnění.
