Spectral Analysis of the Heart Rate Variability in Juvenile Hypertonics
Spektrálna analýza variability frekvencie akcie srdcau juvenilných hypertonikov
Systémom Varia Pulse TF3 (Sima Media, Olomouc) bolo vyšetrených 78 mladých jedincov, z toho 39 (28chlapcov, 11 dievčat) hospitalizovaných na detskej klinike s diagnózou juvenilná esenciálna hypertenzia a 39zdravých kontrol. VFS bola hodnotená u všetkých jedincov v 2 supinačných polohách (T1, T3) a v aktívnejortostáze (T2). Autori vyhodnocovali VFS spektrálnou analýzou v 3 frekvenčných oblastiach - VLF (0,01 - 0,05Hz), určovaná sympatikom a hormonálnymi systémami, LF (0,05 - 0,15 Hz) ovplyvňovaná aktivitou barorecepto-rov a HF (0,15 - 0,50 Hz) determinovaná parasympatikom.Autori zistili u juvenilných hypertonikov v porovnaní so zdravými kontrolami pokles celkového spektrálnehovýkonu a MSSD, ako aj zvýšenie aktivity v oblasti VLF a zníženie aktivity v oblasti nízkej (LF) a vysokej (HF)frekvencie. Rozdiely VFS medzi súborom hypertonikov a kontrolným súborom zdravých detí boli prítomnév supinačných polohách i v aktívnej ortostáze.

Using the system Varia Pulse TF3 (Sima Media Olomouc) 78 young people were examined incl. 39 (28 boys, 11girls) hospitalised at the Paediatric Clinic with the diagnosis of juvenile essential hypertension, and 39 healthycontrols. The variability of heart rate (HRV) was evaluated in all subjects in two supine positions (T1, T3) and inactive orthostasis (T2). The authors evaluated the heart rate variability by spectral analysis in three frequencyareas - VLF (0.01 - 0.05 Hz), determined by the sympathetic nerve and hormonal systems, LF (0.05 - 0.50 Hz)determined by the parasympathetic nerve. LF (0.05 - 0.15 Hz) influenced by baroreceptor activity and HF (0,15 -0.50 Hz) determined by the parasympathetic activity.The authors found in juvenile hypertonics, as compared with healthy controls, a drop of the total spectralperformance and MSSD as well an increase of activity in the VLF area and reduction of the low frequency (LF)and high frequency (HF) area. The HRF differences between the group of hypertonics and healthy controls werefound in supine positions as well as in active orthostasis.
