Dermatologie a genetika 2007
Příspěvek ve formě minireview popisuje současný stav genetiky v dermatologii. Zabývá se vysvětlením základních genetických pojmů. Popisuje rozdíl mezi monogenními a multigenními kožními nemocemi a základní metodiky laboratorní DNA diagnostiky. Hodnotí přínos základní molekulárně biologické metodologie u klinického dermatologického výzkumu na poli genetiky. V závěru shrnuje současný stav klinické aplikace DNA diagnostiky v dermatologii.

Overview
In this minireview the contemporary state of genetics in dermatology is described. The basic genetic terminology and the differences between monogenic and complex skin diseases as well as basic laboratory methods for DNA diagnostics are explained. Current benefit of the molecular biology methodology in clinical dermatological genetic research is evaluated and finally, current clinical application of DNA diagnostics in dermatology is summarized.
