Dermatitis seborrhoica
Seboroická dermatitida je časté onemocnění s maximem projevů v oblastech bohatých na mazové žlázy. Incidence se pohybuje mezi 1 až 3% a výrazně stoupá u HIV pozitivních osob, AIDS a neurologických chorob. Autoři předkládají základní charakteristiku onemocnění, klinické projevy, výskyt u predisponujících chorob (neurologická onemocnění a HIV/AIDS), přehled etiopatogenetických faktorů se zvláštním zřetelem na vliv malasezií, imunitní a další vlivy a možnosti lokální i celkové léčby.

Overview
Seborrheic dermatitis is a common disease affecting areas rich of sebaceous glands. The incidence is between 1 to 3% and markedly increases in HIV carriers, AIDS and neurologic diseases. The authors give the basic characteristics of the disease, clinical symptoms, its occurrence in predisposed patients (neurological diseases and HIV/AIDS), an overview of aetiopatogenic factors with special regard to the influence of Malassezias, to immunological and other factors and review the possibilities of local and systemic therapy.
