Relation between Atopic Dermatitis and Psoriasis
Vztahy mezi atopickým ekzémem a psoriázou
Autor upozorňuje na možné přechody a kombinace u atopického ekzému a psoriázy co se týčeanamnézy, věku výskytu, klinického obrazu a imunitních změn. Popisuje z tohoto pohledu ekzémovoupsoriázu, psoriaziformní neurodermitidu, hyperkeratotickou psoriázu na dlaních a chodidlech,inverzní psoriázu, seboroickou psoriázu a pustulózní palmoplantární psoriázu Barberova typu.Vyzdvihuje některé společné znaky. Atopický ekzém byl zjištěn v anamnéze nebo v současnémsouběhu v průměru ve 4,7 % psoriázy všech forem.

The author draws attention to possible transient forms of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, whichshow combined features of both concerning their history, age of onset, clinical picture and immunechanges. From this point of view the author describes eczematic psoriasis, psoriasiform neurodermitis,hyperkeratotic psoriasis of palms and soles, inverse psoriasis, seborrhoeic psoriasis andpalmoplantar pustular psoriasis of Barber and brings out some of their common features. Atopicdermatitis was found either in personal history or concurrently in 4.7% of psoriasis.
