Fibrózne a fibrohistiocytové kožné nádory:klinické prípady atypického (pseudosarkomatózneho)benígneho fibrózneho histiocytómua atypického fibroxantómu
Autori prezentujú dva klinické prípady zriedkavých benígnych fibrohistiocytových nádorov:
atypického pseudosarkomatózneho benígneho fibrózneho histiocytómu (APBFH) a atypického fibroxantómu.Podrobne rozoberajú ich klinické a histologické znaky a možnosti liečby. Zdôrazňujúpotrebu dôsledného histologického vyšetrenia extirpovaných lézií v rámci diferenciálnej diagnózys využitím imunohistochemickej diagnostiky (CD 68 marker, vimentin, XIIIa faktor).

The authors present two clinical cases of rare benign fibrohistiocytic tumors:
atypical pseudosarcomatousbenign fibrous histiocytoma (APBFH) and atypical fibroxanthoma. In detail theyanalyze their clinical and histological features and treatment modalities. The authors stress thenecessity of consistent histological examination of excised lesions in relation to differential diagnosiswith the use of immunohistochemical diagnostics (CD 68 marker, vimentin, XIIIa factor).
