Lipid Peroxidation and Endothelial Cells in Psoriasis Vulgaris Chronica
Lipoperoxidace a endotelové buňky u psoriasis vulgaris chronica
U pacientů s onemocněním psoriasis vulgaris chronica byly vyšetřeny produkty lipoperoxidace a počet endotelových buněk proti kontrolnímu souboru zdravých osob.Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda dochází k tvorbě produktů lipoperoxidace v séru a současně ke zvýšení počtu endotelových buněk v krevní plazmě.U produktů lipoperoxidace byl naměřen vzniklý barevný komplex fotometricky v mmol/l. Endotelové buňky byly počítány v Bürkerově komůrce po izolaci v krevní plazmě.Studentovým t-testem byly zjištěny statisticky vyšší hladiny lipoperoxidace v krevním séru pacientů a vyšší počty endotelových buněk v krevní plazmě proti kontrolnímu souboru zdravých osob.Byl potvrzen cíl práce. Je možno předpokládat také zvýšenou vazodilataci. Tento stav je možno do jisté míry ovlivnit stravou a vhodnými suplementy.

The authors examined in patients suffering from psoriasis vulgaris chronica lipid peroxidation products and the number of endothelial cells as compared with a control group of healthy subjects. The objective was to find out whether lipid peroxidation products are formed in serum with a concurrent rise of the number of endothelial cells in plasma.The lipid peroxidation products formed colour complex which was assessed photometrically. The endothelial cells were counted in a Bürker chamber after isolation in plasma.Using Student’s t-test higher levels of lipid peroxidation were found in serum of patients as well as higher numbers of endothelial cells in plasma as compared with the control group of healthy subjects.The objective of the investigation was confirmed. It may be assumed that there was also a higher vasodilatation. This condition can to a certain extent be influenced by diet and suitable supplements.
