Undifferentiated Arthritis
Nediferencovaná artritida
Nediferencovaná artritida zahrnuje heterogenní skupinu artritid. Jejich společným rysem je sku-tečnost, že artritidu nelze zařadit na základě stávajících diagnostických kritérií do jasně definova-ných revmatologických kategorií. Klinický obraz bývá rozmanitý, v některých případech je velmipodobný reaktivní artritidě. Z literatury je známo, že u nemocných s nediferencovanou artritidouje zjišťována poměrně často latentní urogenitální či střevní infekce. Není však dosud vyřešeno, zdaexistuje kauzální vztah mezi latentní infekcí a nediferencovanou artritidou. V referátu je podánpřehled informací na toto téma.

Undifferentiated arthritis comprises a heterogenous group of arthritides. Their common featureis the fact that arthritis cannot be classified according to contemporary diagnostic criteria intoclearly defined rheumatological groups. The clinical picture is usually varied, in some instance verysimiliar to that of reactive arthritis. From the literature it is known that in patients with undiffe-rentiated arthritis relatively frequently latent urogenital or intestinal infections are detected. Sofar it is not clear whether there exists a causal relationship between latent infection and undiffe-rentiated arthritis. The author reviews information on this subject.
