Subakutní bulózní kožní lupuserythematodes – léčba aromatickýmiretinoidy. Popis případu
Autoři popisují případ pacientky s bulózní formou anulárního subakutního kožního erytematodunereagující na léčbu imunosupresivy, antimalariky a sulfony, u které až nasazení aromatickýchretinoidů (acitretinu) vedlo ke kontrole kožních projevů onemocnění. Role retinoidů v léčbě kožníhoerytematodu, jejich vedlejší účinky a monitorování je diskutováno.

The authors describe a case of 43-year-old Caucasian women with the bullous form of annularsubacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus resistant to systemic therapy with immunosuppressiveagents, antimalarials and sulfones. Administration of oral aromatic retinoids (acitretin) led tocontrol of the skin manifestations of the disease. The role of retinoids in the treatment of cutaneouslupus erythematosus, side-effects and monitoring are discussed.
