Léčba stresové inkontinence moči u žen pomocíperiuretrálních implantátů

Cíl:
Poskytnout ucelenou informaci o problematice léčby stresová inkontinence u žen pomocíperiuretrálních implantátů.Typ studie: Přehledný článek. Název a sídlo pracoviště: Klinika gynekologie a porodnictví 1. LF UK a FN Na Bulovce se podílína klinickém testování nového materiálu pro periuretrální implantaci (metakrylát – vyvinutýÚstavem makromolekulární chemie ČSAV).Předmět a metoda: Současné literární zdroje – výčet materiálů, které byly a jsou k tomuto účeluvyužívány, představuje metodiku jejich aplikace, shrnuje možné komplikace a uvádí nejdůležitěj-ší klinické studie se záměrem pokusit se o srovnání účinnosti jednotlivých metod.Závěr: Aplikace periuretrálních implantátů se jeví jako užitečná alternativa v léčbě stresové in-kontinence moči u žen, a to zejména u těch, kde není možno využití jiných metod léčby nebo kdetyto metody nebyly dostatečně účinné.

Objective:
The aim of this article is the comprehensive information about different bulking subs-tances and their use for the treatment of genuine stress urinary incontinence in women.Design: The review sumarizes various materials used for this purpose, methods of their applica-tion, possible complications and results of clinical studies of implants.Setting: Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Charles University and Faculty HospitalBulovka takes part in the development of the new metacrylate of Czech origine.Subject and Method: Current scientific literature as listed in the article.Conclusion: Implants seem to be a useful alternative method in the treatment of the genuinestress incontinence in women.
