Význam endodontického ošetřeníu replantovaných stálých zubů

Luxace stálých zubů představují nejzávažnější zubní poranění. U zubů s dokončeným vývojemkořene je pro úspěšné ošetření, kromě včasné replantace,nezbytná i následná endodontickáléčba, která snižuje riziko zánětlivé resorpce kořene. Význam endodontického ošetření a hydroxiduvápenatého, jako dočasné kořenové výplně u replantovaných stálých zubů, dokumentujíčtyři klinické případy.

Overview

Teeth avulsion is considered to be one of the most serious dental injuries. Earlyreimplantation of the affected tooth and subsequent endodontic treatment are considered to bethe most important procedures aiming at avoiding possible inflammatory root resorption. Theauthors demonstrate the importance of endodontic treatment and Calcium Hydroxide asa temporary root filling. This is documented on a serious of radiographs.
