Klasifikačné systémy impaktovaných dolnýchtretích molárov
Autori sa v práci venujú problematike dôkladného predoperačného vyšetrenia impaktovanýchdolných tretích molárov. Bližšie popisujú klasifikačné systémy impaktovaných dolnýchtretích molárov, pomocou ktorých môžeme predpokladať obtiažnosť extrakcie impaktovanéhodolného tretieho molára. Uvádzajú faktory, ktoré môžu uľahčovať, ale aj sťažovať priebehsamotnej extrakcie.V záujme úspešného ošetrenia a jeho ľahkého priebehu je v závere zdôraznená dôležitosťdetailného poznania danej problematiky.

The authors deal with the problem of a thorough preoperation examination ofimpacted lower third molars.They describe in more detail the classification systems of impactedlower third molars, which implicate the difficulty of extraction of impacted lower third molars.Factors, which can make the course of the extraction easier, but also more difficult, arepresented.For the sake of a successful treatment and the favorable course the authors came to theconclusion by describing the importance of a detailed knowledge of the problems in case.
