Adhezivní prostředky ve stomatologii – II. část(Souborný referát)
Práce podrobně rozebírá vývoj klinických pracovních postupů při přípravě dentinu prorealizaci vazby adhezivních prostředků. Popisuje význam a možnosti úpravy popreparačnívrstvy (smear layer) pro adhezi – kondicionování, totální leptání, aplikace primeru a bondu.Objasňuje vznik tzv. hybridní vrstvy po aplikaci primeru a bondu (resindentin interdiffusionzone). Upozorňuje na vliv různých složek adhezivních systémů na kvalitu vazby (acetonová,alkoholová, vodní rozpouštědla, aktivní látky aj.). Práce uvádí i další faktory, které se taképodílejí na kvalitě adheze kompozitních materiálů (např. konfigurační C-faktor, inhibitorypolymerace, bělicí látky aj.). Jsou uvedeny hlavní metody hodnocení kvality vazby (pevnostvazby v tahu a střihu – tensile, shear bond strength, mikronetěsnost-microleakage). Je podánpřehled současných adhezivních systémů – vícekrokové systémy, one-bottle systémy, self-etchingsystémy.

The paper analyzes in detail the evolution of clinical working procedures in thepreparation of dentin for the realization of bonding of adhesion remedies. The importance isdescribed as well as the possibilities to adjust the post-preparation layer (smear layer) foradhesion-conditioning, total etching, application of the primer and the bond.The authors clarifythe origin of so called hybrid layer after the application of the primer and the bond (resin-dentininterdiffusion zone). Attention is drawn to the importance of various components of adhesionsystems on the quality of the bond (acetone, alcohol,water solvents, active compounds etc.).Thepaper presents other factors, which participate in the quality of adhesion of composite materials(e.g. configuration C-factor, polymerization inhibitors, whitening substances etc.). Main methodsfor the evaluation of quality of the bond are presented (tensile, shear bond strength,micro-leakage). A survey of present adhesion systems is given as well as multi-step systems,one-bottle systems, self-etching systems.
